COMMEMORATIVE STATUETTES
Stations, studios and production companies may order a Commemorative Emmy® statuette for public display at their place of business (up to a maximum of three per winning entry). The statuette is engraved with the same name(s) as the original Emmy® Award and the word “commemorative” added to the back of the award.

Replacement STATUETTES
Use this order form to replace older statues that may be damaged, if you would like to replace the rectangle base design with the circular base design, or if you are placing an order for a Reserve Statue (2020 or earlier).
If purchasing a Replacement Statuette, the original or pieces of it, payment and verification by the chapter will determine if the production of this Replacement Statuette will be processed.

Nomination Plaque
Commemorating work on Emmy® Nominated entries. Please only purchase one award per name. The rosewood plaque is 8” x 10”. Allow 6 weeks for delivery.

CONTRIBUTOR Plaque
Contributor plaques may be purchased by individuals designated by the entrant of an Emmy® Awarded entry. These plaques are for persons who made a significant contribution to an awarded piece’s award-worthiness but were not listed on the original entry. Confirmation from entrant is required. Allow 6 weeks for delivery. Name and role on entry are subject to approval by the chapter administrator.

Nomination Certificate
We print nomination certificates upon request. These are for professionals listed on the entry only.

CONTRIBUTOR CERTIFICATE
Contributor certificates are for professionals who significantly contributed to an Emmy Awarded project who were not listed on the original entry. Confirmation from the entrant is required.

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences is offering a handsome new crystal pillar commemorating College/University Student Television Awards for Excellence. The Crystal Pillar Award is 8″ tall and inscribed featuring the entrant’s name/role and the academy logo. Only one name/role per pillar allowed. Allow 6 weeks for delivery.
