Award Ordering
Emmy® Awards — Statuettes
Commemorative Statuettes - $425
For companies that wish to display an Emmy® Awards statuette in their lobby
Stations, studios and production companies may order a Commemorative Emmy® statuette for public display at their place of business (up to a maximum of three per winning entry).
A commemorative statuette will have ALL recipients’ names engraved on the band and will be clearly engraved with the word "COMMEMORATIVE".
Names cannot be added, removed, or modified.

Replacement Statuettes - $275
For Rocky Mountain Emmy® Awards recipients whose statuettes have been damaged
Please contact the Chapter before placing your order at RMSWInfo@emmyonline.tv.
The original statuette (or its remaining pieces) must be returned to the Chapter for review and verification prior to ordering a replacement.
Production of a Replacement Statuette is contingent upon the Chapter’s receipt of the original statuette (or its remaining pieces), verification that the request meets all eligibility requirements, and payment of the applicable fee.
Once the original award has been received and verified, the Chapter Administrator will provide instructions for placing your replacement order.

Contributor Awards
Production Plaque - $150
Production Plaque (formally known as Contributor plaques) may be purchased by individuals designated by the entrant of an Emmy® Awarded piece.
Rosewood or Black Piano.
These plaques are for persons who made a significant contribution to an awarded piece’s award-worthiness but were not listed on the original entry.
Confirmation from entrant is required.
Name and role on entry are subject to approval by the chapter administrator.
Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Production Crystal - $200
Production Crystal may be purchased by individuals designated by the entrant of an Emmy® Awarded piece.
These crystals are for persons who made a significant contribution to an awarded piece’s award-worthiness but were not listed on the original entry.

Contributor Certificate
Contributor certificates are for professionals who significantly contributed to an
Emmy® Awarded project who were not listed on the original entry.
Confirmation from the entrant is required.
Member price: $15, Non-member price: $25 (includes shipping)
Nominee Awards
Nominee Curved Crystal - $175
For those involved (and listed on the original entry) in a Rocky Mountain Emmy® Award Nominated Production.
Only one name per award.
Name and role on entry are subject to approval by the chapter administrator.

Nominee Crystal - $175
For those involved (and listed on the original entry) in a Rocky Mountain Emmy® Award Nominated Production.

College Pillar - $180
For those involved (and listed on the original entry) in a Rocky Mountain Student Production College Awarded Production.
The Crystal Pillar Award is inscribed featuring the entrant’s name/role and the academy logo.
Only one name/role per pillar allowed.
Name and role on entry are subject to approval by the chapter administrator.
Parents, students, advisors can purchase for the entrant.

High School Pillar - $160
For those involved (and listed on the original entry) in a Rocky Mountain Student Production College Awarded Production.
The Crystal Pillar Award is inscribed featuring the entrant’s name/role and the academy logo.
Only one name/role per pillar allowed.
Name and role on entry are subject to approval by the chapter administrator.
Parents, students, advisors can purchase for the entrant.
